The RCC storm shelter is a customizable above ground pre-cast Tornado shelter certified by the Nation Storm Shelter Association for exposure up to F-4 Tornado (250 miles per hr) This shelter can be integrated into a residence as a pantry, closet, Walk In Closet, utility room or can be a stand alone ancillary structure in proximity to an already existing building.
