Our Concrete Modular Building System is literally changing the way the construction industry builds. These concrete structures are produced at our 180-acre manufacturing facility in Okeechobee, Florida and delivered up to 95% complete to select sites where they are assembled - in an orderly fashion and with minimal disruption. Royal Concrete Concepts' modular buildings are stackable and designed for a wide array of applications. Extending the technology of pre-engineered wall panels, a complete stand-alone modular unit consists of walls, a roof and a flooring system. When delivered to a building site and assembled with other modules and components, we can construct buildings up to 5 stories in height. RCC’s building systems have proven to reduce construction time, minimize the mobilization normally required on jobsites, cuts costs and eliminates waste.

At RCC, we offer an extensive library of building designs that are pre-approved by the Florida Department of Community Affairs. In addition, Royal Concrete Concepts has more DCA-approved large-scale building designs than any other company. In the educational sector alone, we offer nearly double the number of DCA-approved school building designs than any other pre-cast manufacturer.

RCC has been manufacturing modular buildings since 1997 and, by continuing to invest in research and development, we remain the No. 1 manufacturer of concrete modular building systems. In fact, our concrete building systems proved so successful during the Atlantic Hurricane Season of 2004-2005 that Royal Concrete Concepts had NO reported damage to any of its structures during this record-high hurricane activity.
