About

The year was 1989. The place was West Palm Beach, Florida. And the man was Wally Sanger, a successful, experienced, quality-conscious builder, developer, and entrepreneur.

Always eager to find ways to improve on conventional building methods, it didn't take long before Sanger eventually patented an award-winning wall system which he christened "Royall Wall" and incorporated it into his Royal Concrete Concepts' (RCC) family of high quality products. What makes this wall system so unique and so progressive is that it combines concrete, polystyrene, and reinforced steel to form structures that can withstand even the most severe hurricane winds (Category 5) while simultaneously offering comfort, beauty, sustainability, and affordability to its customers. To date, over 25,000 applications of the Royall Wall system have been used throughout the United States and Caribbean.

Inspired by Henry Ford's ingenuity, Sanger researched ways to integrate a structure's floor, walls, and roof into one unitized system. He then built a production facility on 180 acres of land in Okeechobee, Florida and realized his dream of building strong, safe, attractive, and energy-efficient buildings using a factory-style production process which keeps costs under control and quality at its peak.

Today, this innovative building system has revolutionized the entire construction industry and has become the number one solution to residential, commercial, education, and military construction markets. Leading construction companies, architects, and engineers have come to realize that the flexibility that results from using RCC's products effectively saves time, labor, and materials -- resulting in benefits which can last a lifetime.
